Since 1974 Evelyn gave leadership to the annual observance of National Day of Prayer each first Thursday in May in Texas and was named America’s Honorary Prayer Coordinator during President George W. Bush’s first term.

Christian Leaders and Speakers Seminars born in 1981 provided training and motivation for speaking, writing and leading. Evelyn served on Founder’s Advisory Board and Support Staff.
Love Talk Network, Radio & TV, Founder
Love Talk was birthed on the first all talk radio station in Austin in 1984 with a message that God’s Love never fails. Love Talk continues to broadcast running for 40 years.
The Good News Journal, Publisher
Published first in 1996 from a heart for bringing the Good News of God’s love out from the pulpits, pews and stained glass windows, the Journal brought an inspirational patriotic message of life and hope.
Operation Christmas Child, Central Texas Prayer Coordinator
OCC is a project of Samaritan’s Purse founded by Franklin Graham that delivers love in a shoebox to children around the world.
Personality Plus, Certified Training Counselor
Personality Plus, a ministry of CLASSseminars and founder Florence Littauer gives help and hope for developing loving relationships. Evelyn co-produced the video series “Personality Tree” with Earl Miller Productions.
Author & Speaker
Evelyn authored of hundreds of magazine and newspaper articles and her several books. She is a contributing author to “Everything You Ever Wanted to Know About Personalities,” “Love Seasons of Life,” “But Lord I was Happy Shallow,” “Help for Hurting Women,” “Bouncing Back,” “The Personality of Jesus,” “Lives on the Mend, and “Each One Teach One.” Newest books about Evelyn’s ministry of love are published by Thana Rolph and Joyce Parker — HIStory of Prayer and Love in Austin, TX.
